This policy describes the current build. ReadyRoom does not currently provide accounts, a backend service, cloud sync, advertising, or analytics.
Data ReadyRoom Handles
ReadyRoom may store information that you enter or choose to import, including:
- seller and property details;
- appointment dates, times, notes, prep checklists, follow-up drafts, and outcomes;
- selected Apple Calendar event details;
- imported CMA PDFs and property photos; and
- pricing highlights produced from local PDF text extraction or on-device OCR.
If you enable an appointment reminder, ReadyRoom asks iOS for notification permission and schedules the reminder locally. Reminders are off by default. Lock-screen text is generic and does not display the seller name or property address.
Where Processing Happens
Saved prep rooms and private copies of imported files are stored locally in ReadyRoom's app container on the iPhone. PDF text extraction and OCR run on the device. ReadyRoom does not automatically upload this information to a ReadyRoom server.
Calendar access is requested only after you start a Calendar scan. ReadyRoom examines upcoming events on the device to identify likely listing appointments. An event becomes a saved ReadyRoom prep room only when you choose to add it.
Sharing and Exporting
ReadyRoom shares or exports information only when you start an export or open the iOS share sheet. You choose the destination. Once information is sent to another app, person, or service, that destination's privacy practices apply.
Retention and Deletion
Saved prep rooms remain on the device until you delete them or remove the ReadyRoom app. Deleting a prep room removes its record and ReadyRoom's private copies of attached CMA PDFs and property photos. ReadyRoom does not delete original source files from Files, iCloud Drive, Photos, or another provider.
Editing an appointment reschedules its enabled reminder. Turning the reminder off or deleting the appointment cancels ReadyRoom's pending notification for that appointment.
Demo/test cleanup deletes only records marked as demo/test data and their associated private file copies. iOS may manage temporary exported files according to system storage rules. Copies sent through the share sheet must be removed from their destination separately.
Security
ReadyRoom relies on iOS app-container protections and the security of your device. Protect the iPhone with a passcode and avoid importing client information that is not needed for the appointment.
Children's Privacy
ReadyRoom is a professional productivity tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Future Features
If ReadyRoom later adds accounts, cloud backup, team sharing, CRM connections, analytics, or other network services, this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures will be reviewed and updated before those features are released.
