Before emailing

Do not include seller names, property documents, CMA files, or other private client information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.

Delete local data

Delete a saved prep room to remove its record and ReadyRoom's private copies of attached files. Removing the app deletes its remaining local app data.

Source files remain yours

Deleting a ReadyRoom prep room does not delete the original file from Files, iCloud Drive, Photos, or another source provider.
